At CountryModPro, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt for all warranty claims.


Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps and contact our customer service team at service@countrymodpro.com. Our team will respond to your claim within 24 hours.


Steps for Filing a Warranty Claim:

  1. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed explanation of the problem with your product. Include information about what happened, when it occurred, and how it happened. Be sure to include your order number and the specific product involved.

  2. Previous Steps: Let us know what steps you’ve already taken to try and resolve the issue.

  3. Provide Supporting Evidence: Send clear photos or videos showing the issue. The images should be well-lit, clear, and taken from a close to medium distance to clearly identify the problem.

Note: We require clear images or videos showing the defect or issue. Proper lighting and focus are essential for accurate assessment.


What’s Covered Under Warranty?

CountryModPro offers warranty coverage for manufacturing and material defects under the following conditions:

  • The product must have been installed and operated according to the provided instructions.
  • Warranty coverage is voided if the product has been altered, abused, mishandled, or misused in any way.

What’s NOT Covered?

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Improper use or installation
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Damage due to natural disasters (lightning, tornadoes, etc.)
  • Accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Commercial use
  • Modifications to any part of the product (including antennas)
  • Repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized repair facility

What Will CountryModPro Do?

If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, CountryModPro will:

  • Replace the defective unit at no additional cost, or
  • Provide spare parts if necessary, also at no charge.
