What's the indoor unit color for Black A/C Unit

There are both white inside plinth for the black Unit and white Unit

 If it can be used while driving or is it only to be used while parked? 

Absolutely — the unit is designed to run whether you're driving or parked, making it perfect for off-grid travel or long road trips.



Can these A/C units be mounted vertically rather than horizontally?

Rooftop A/C units are designed for horizontal (flat) installation only and cannot be mounted vertically. Installing them vertically may affect performance and could lead to operational issues.

What is the wire size comes with the unit？

 5AWG, 15ft， if you need extra wire and the 5AWG not available, you can choose 4AWG wire

Perfect for solar setups

I did about a month of research before ordering this unit, and I feel that it was the best money I’ve spent on my camper aside from the solar setup.

It realky did reduce my battery draw by close to 2/3, meaning that what was only 8 hours with my Dometic, is now almost 24 hours.

Cool and Quiet

This unit was easy to install in our existing 14x14 vent. It even came with enough 6awg wire to run from the unit back to our batteries in our truck camper. We have 400W of solar and when running in ECO mode we were able to sustain continuous operation, keeping our camper nice in cool for multiple days in 90 degree Colorado weather. I've already recommended this to friends.

Replacement of 120V AC system

I have just completed my install of the Countrymod AC system in 12v. Quick delivery, good packaging, instructions need improvement but with past experience and youtube no problems. Was somewhat disappointed when I powered but for 1st time the fan blades made a clicking sound like something was rubbing. Very annoying as I had to take apart to investigate. Nothing could be felt in the fan wheels, Appeared to be rubbing the outer housing. Tried to create some space for clearance multiple times and finally was able to get the sound to go away. Not happy. Until cools great and operates as it should after my repair. I hope the repair will remain.

Impressive and a real game changer
Relative easy to install- works great 350w max draw .
The only thing I would recommend to the company is to supply 8mm female by female hex joiner so you can if needed like on a rv the roof is quite thick so you can join the threaded rods together and cut to length to suit if needed
Otherwise fantastic so far would buy it again tomorrow
