What's the indoor unit color for Black A/C Unit

There are both white inside plinth for the black Unit and white Unit

If it can be used while driving or is it only to be used while parked?

Absolutely — the unit is designed to run whether you're driving or parked, making it perfect for off-grid travel or long road trips.

Can these A/C units be mounted vertically rather than horizontally?

Rooftop A/C units are designed for horizontal (flat) installation only and cannot be mounted vertically. Installing them vertically may affect performance and could lead to operational issues.

What is the wire size comes with the unit？

12v unit wire size is 5AWG, 15ft，

24v unit wire size is 8AWG, 15ft，

48v unit wire size is 9AWG, 15ft

Very nice A/C works awesome very pleased easy Install fit 14x14 hole perfect. I tested it with 3 100amphr batteries It ran for 7 hrs on high and i shut it down it was still going.

So far it's been great, but I wish it had a HP heating feature

My Only negative comments are:

My Motor-home roof was a bit over 6 inches so I had to fabricate a new extension duct for the cold side. No big deal, I am mechanically inclined.

I needed to purchase 9 inch studs since your studs were too short. No big deal.
With the thicker roof I had to cut the tie-raps and reroute the controller wires. They could be a bit longer by maybe 2 inches. I barely made it.

I wish you had a heat pump feature on this unit. Heating in the Fall and spring is very important.

I must say, all in all I am very happy with this purchase. I bought yours due to the quality and the extended warranty I got. But if I had to do it again, I would have bought someone else unit that had a Heat Pump feature. Again, I am happy but sad I did not think more of the heating feature needed.

All in all the install went smooth and its running well.

We’re sorry for the extra work caused by the roof thickness — our current kit is designed for 5–9 cm roofs, Since RV roofs vary, for thinner roofs it may require adding some spacers or trimming the duct, and for roofs thicker than 9 cm, customers may need to extend the duct and use longer studs. We are sorry this created extra work for you.but we’ll work with the factory on longer studs and ducts for thicker roofs.
We also appreciate your suggestion on heating — a heat pump version is already in testing and should be available by next year.
